Beginning this week the Hotlist will be coming out on a regular schedule. Every two weeks we will put out our Hotlist on Sundays beginning 04/17/2016.
In addition we will be adding a Top 10 list. About the Hotlist>>>it is a combination of mostly contemporary (new) songs that we have discovered through much searching on the web. We tend to favor rock/hard rock songs that have MELODY. Very rarely will we feature any songs that have screaming (i.e. Cookie Monster) vocals because WE HATE THAT!!!!! But-once in awhile a song is well written enough
that we may allow some small screamed parts.
Also-we always throw in some cool old tracks for nostalgia purposes. You never know what we will toss in, but very rarely will it be anything you have heard in a long while. Most classic rock songs are worn and tired, even made worse by constant play on classic rock stations who play singles more often than they did when the song was originally popular.
So there's our philosophy. Your respectful comments are always welcome.
